Working on behalf of our Telecommunications client we are looking for experienced Streetworks Auditors across the UK, where you be based within your local area and provided with a vehicle along with a fuel card. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the largest telecommunication contractors working for one of their blue chip partners. The role may suit someone with civils auditing/compliance experience or a Gang Team Leader looking for more of an administrative supervisor position. Salary: 25,000-30,000 pa depending on experience, plus vehicle and fuel card. Key responsibilities will be to Audit the work of Sub-contractors on behalf of the company's Services, working on various projects within the telecommunications sector. Auditing all Civils work undertaken by the NA focus of the role will be to maintain and improve the quality of product delivery including on time delivery, Health and Safety standards, Quality Control and project administration. The main duties include the accountability and responsibility for the following: Maintain professional approach positively reflecting the image of the companyEnsure that the work is completed in a timely and professional manner and to agreed project and company Services processes and NA works are carried out in a safe manner adhering to site specific Risk Assessment & Method StatementsDevelop strong communication links and good relationships with all client personnelEnsure all company procedures are understood, enforced and adheredHold a flexible approach to working patterns and expectations to carry out other duties as deemed necessary to the businessEffective time management between dutiesCompletion of required paperwork in line with company requirementsEnsure that all other paperwork is delivered to the operational office within defined timescalesPromote and encourage safety awareness in the business, including a zero tolerance attitude to unsafe practice. The successful candidates should have:-* Ability to motivate staff* Good communications skills * NRSWA (supervisor) * Knowledge of Telecom Networks / Utilities / Civils* MS Office* Flexible and adaptable to workloads Please apply with your up to date CV
