This role is based at a new state of the art automated NA role will suit an electrical/mechanical engineer looking for a role where you can manage your own day and bring experience to a professional and very personal business. The company form part of a successful global business, this site employs 20 people. The site is very organised and highly NA apply for the role you need to a multi skilled engineer comfortable in both disciplines. A qualification and/or experience in both is essential for this role. Specific training on the automated storage equipment will be given if NA be responsible for all PPM and breakdown in the facility both mechanical and electrical. You need to be competent in both disciplines. You will be responsible for lighting, door entry systems, automated storage, air compressors, interlock systems, general building maintenance, chiller water and water circulation plants. The ideal is for the successful candidate to maintain as much as the facility as possible using outside contractors for specialist equipment such as boilers. The role will suit someone who likes to improve systems and equipment. You will also be responsible for overseeing contractors, ordering spares, H&S etc. The role carries a call out, this is currently 1 in 2 weeks but this will increase shortly when further engineers are NA role: To carry out planned (PPM) and reactive maintenance on all electrical and mechanical breakdowns including PLC faults. To close out and update plant PPM after any works on the plant computerized and written systems To assist and learn from specialist site sub-contractors.
