We have an exciting opportunity for our client in Saxmundham for a Sales Team Member to join their busy team. |
The key purpose of this role is to support the clients sales team by prospecting and qualifying sales leads and providing office-based backing for external sales people.
You will be expected to fulfil the following activities:
Handle inbound sales enquiries.
Answer other inbound telephone calls and redirect callers as appropriate.
Proactively engage in outward telephone prospecting.
Secure and qualify leads for the sales personnel and help to manage their appointments.
Fulfil sales support activities such as order processing.
Engage in some database updating and management.
Assist in representing the company at Trade Shows in the UK and possibly overseas.
Be supportive of the company's ethos and commitment to customer service.
This role will be flexible in line with a small company culture and presents opportunities for progress as the business grows and develops its potential. Plans include a programme of expanding into European markets as well as increasing market share in the UK.
Desired Skills and Experience
IT Literacy: Microsoft and CRM Software
Customer relationship skills
A second language could be a great advantage
Candidates must have excellent administration and organisational skills and be a good team player. Must be motivated and have drive. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a company with progression.
