Our client is currently searching for an experienced Administrator to work in their busy offices in Saxmundham. |
The key purpose of this job is to facilitate the smooth running of the clients sales office and manage the day to day bookkeeping and accounting procedures.
You will be expected to fulfil the following activities:
Answer inbound telephone calls and redirect callers as appropriate.
Issue agendas and take minutes of team meetings.
Fulfil sales support activities such as order processing.
Take responsibility for incoming and outgoing post.
Engage in some database updating and management.
Manage the sales and purchase ledger using the accounting software system.
Operate a credit control system.
Liaise with the accountant to produce timely management accounts.
Be supportive of the company's ethos and commitment to customer service.
Desired Skills and Experience
IT Literacy: Microsoft and Accounting Software e.g. Sage
Customer relationship skills
