Supply Chain Support Assistant; based in Frimley; 6 month contract; £15.04 ltd. |
We are looking for an individual to provide supply chain support to a team based in Frimley.
Responsibilities will include
Performing contract administration to ensure the current working position is reflected throughout our contracts.
Processing amendments in scope
Updating Bill of Materials
Managing the reviews and processing of Supplier documentation
Raising and issuing Purchase Orders to Suppliers for the procurement of goods and services
Resolution of invoicing queries to ensure Suppliers are paid in line with the contract
Responsible for the procurement of replacement goods/warranty queries arising from Defects raised during production
Performing Supply Chain activities to ensure quality and accuracy are maintained throughout the delivery process
Reviewing Supplier performance monthly to ensure the needs of the contract are being met
Effective stakeholder management to ensure both internal and external stakeholders operate in line with process and the projects needs
Obtaining appropriate Export Control Information with regards to equipment and services delivered
Ensuring quality is at the forefront of everyday practices
Operating in line with company SHE policies and the Code of Conduct
Candidates should have the following skills set
Previous administration and supply chain experience
High level of organisation
Ability to effectively prioritise workload
Strong attention to detail
Ability to pick up processes quickly
Knowledge of contract management
Effective relationship management
Fully proficient in MS Office products
Knowledge of SAP
Experience within Defence sector
