You will be part of the Product Development Engineering, Aerospace team where it all starts for Bombardier as it sets the stage to take full advantage of its investments and the tremendous growth potential of its new products. The organization is responsible for bringing new aircraft programs to their successful entry-into-service. Currently, these new products are the all-new CSeries commercial aircraft and the high-performance Global 7000/Global 8000 business jets.

We have an immediate opening for an Aircraft Systems Integrator within the Global 7000/8000 Aircraft Systems Integration Team.

AS an Aircraft Systems Integration Engineering specialist, you will be accountable for the integration of the designated systems, thus taking and / or recommending technical decisions, coordinating interdisciplinary team/stakeholders within a structured process. You will be responsible for coordinating the required disciplines and stakeholders (internal and external) into a team effort to support any the aircraft system-related activities that arise during product development.

In your role, you will:
  • Perform Multi-disciplinary problem solving and analysis ,
  • Lead and Support the safety of flight multi-disciplinary reviews,
  • Support the aircraft build progression by ensuring inter system compatibility and maturity
  • Support aircraft certification through analysis, technical reports and tests,
  • Interact across the engineering disciplines and other functions,
  • Perform A/C level studies and trade studies,
  • Lead technical solution implementation ,
  • Implement new technical concept,
  • Support the optimization of the systems at the A/C level,

As our ideal candidate,
  • You have a Bachelor or Master degree in Aerospace Engineering , Electrical, Mechanical or equivalent,
  • You have a minimum of 7 years of working experience in aircraft system development or integration
  • You have excellent problem solving skills,
  • You have excellent communication skills (both written and spoken),
  • You have demonstrated leadership and resourcefulness,
  • You have proven team work and organizational skills,
  • You are familiar with aircraft system certification requirements ( FAR25/AWM 525) and ARP 4754 processes,
  • You are member of the "Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec" is an asset,
