About the Business Line
We create comprehensive delivery solutions for water, wastewater and wet weather systems, desalination, water resources, water reuse, tunneling, and community infrastructure through traditional and alternative delivery services such as program management and design-build.

Job Summary
The Water Division of AECOM is actively seeing an experienced Construction Manager to support FEMA's Public Assistance Program.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Deploy to disaster recovery sites to analyze federal policies and provide recommendations for grant funding
  • Deployments may last for 3 to 9 months or more
  • Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form; make independent decisions, maintain a professional and flexible demeanor while working directly in the client's office

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or high school diploma and equivalent experience
  • 10 years of experience
  • Experience with FEMA Public Assistance and other programs
  • Ability to analyze federal policy and develop recommendations for grant funding
  • Certificates not required

Preferred Qualifications
  • Available and willing to deploy for 90 days to 6 months or more
  • Team player, professional, and even-tempered
  • Detail-oriented, able to organize thoughts and prepare reports
  • Able to efficiently use Microsoft Word and Excel, and standard features of Outlook email
