About The Role: We are looking for a talented new member to join our management team. Leading an elite sales program, the Sales Manager will contribute directly to the success of our clients' campaigns. Through training, proactive coaching, and excellent time management the successful Sales Manager will generate results that achieve the goals set by our clients. This operationally focused role will require the Sales Manager to motivate and manage a team of 3 full-time Assistant Sales Managers to exceed all given targets. Sales Managers communicate team updates, issues and risks to the Account Manager and work with the AM to ensure that the team is working at its full capacity. Key Responsibilities: Own full executional responsibility for your program Establish clear ownership for program tasks and ensure your team has all tools they need. Motivate, manage and coach your team to meet and exceed sales targets. Conduct weekly status meetings with Account Manager and your Assistant Sales Managers. Produce and complete reports and KPIs as required. Manage execution of program objectives by all team members forecasting and projecting needs and delivering comprehensive solutions to deliver results. Desired Qualifications Highly professional, charismatic and confident Minimum of a bachelor's degree from a regionally-accredited institution. Exceptional time management, organizational and planning skills Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite with a focus on Excel Ability to build strong relationships and positively influence clients and colleagues Adaptable to a flexible working schedule that can include evenings and weekends 3 years of program management experience required Sales team management experience is an asset Valid G class license with own vehicle is required for this position Do you enjoy interacting and meeting new people?!
