Job Description:

Position Title: AZ Truck DriverLocation: Mississauga BranchOverviewWe are Canada's largest Canadian-owned broadline distributor to the food service industry. We are currently searching for active, approachable and self-motivated Delivery Drivers for our Mississauga branch to make customer deliveries and pick-ups on assigned LOCAL ROUTES! What we have to offer:FT Positions

4 working days per week
Evening Shifts (Varying start times from 5pm-7pm)
Competitive wages- $24.95/hr

PT Positions

Flexibility in shifts
Competitive wages- $23.95/hr

Clean & highly maintained equipment. Most equipment includes tailgatesComplete driver orientationMajor Responsibilities:

Hand bomb product off the truck using a handcart
Assist in checking and reporting safety hazards
Adhere to the Ministry of Transportation regulations
Commitment to providing excellent customer service and developing customer relationships
Commitment to protecting the company's C.V.O.R.
Adhere to all Summit's policies, programs, rules, systems and procedures
Familiarity with and work in compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and regulations
Other duties as assigned


Valid AZ driver's license
At least 1 year experience
Superior customer service skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to lift up to 50+ lbs on a continuous basis and enjoy being physically active
Geographical knowledge of the delivery area is an asset
Ability to work with minimal supervision
