Role Overview Acts as the main point of contact for WilsonCTS' contractors, and is an internal liaison between the Finance department, hiring managers, and contractors for all on-boarding and payroll administration. ResponsibilitiesResponds to internal and external inquiries regarding timesheets, invoicing, reporting, contractor information and administration all within 24 hoursOnboarding new WilsonCTS contractors, MSP contractors and CWM contractors ensuring they understand their payroll options and are provided with all required onboarding documentation (contracts, administration forms, health and safety training, tax forms, pay schedule etc.)Act as a liaison between the Finance Team and both internal/external employees for all communications regarding payroll mattersProvides employment verification letters and reference checks to contractorsProcess contract extensions and contract ends within CTS' applicant tracking system, NA vendor complianceEnsure the active contractor community on site with clients are statused once per month (Core + MSP)Manage monthly agency hoursManage and file all signed contractsConduct contractor audits when necessaryGenerates standardized or customized reports on a routine or ad hoc basis for internal changesAdditional related duties and projects as assigned Qualifications2 years' experience in administration role/customer service roleEducation: A Bachelor's Degree - Human Resources Education considered an NA Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation, or in process of completion is considered an assetExcellent written and verbal communication skills - bilingualism in French is considered an assetHigh ability to multitask and manage competing priorities simultaneouslyHigh attention to detail and commitment to qualityStrong time-management and organizational skillsAbility to maintain a high level of confidentiallyHigh-degree of problem solving skills; ability to problem solve with little directionCalm and professional demeanorWorking knowledge of relevant provincial and federal legislation, including but not limited to: Employment Standards Act, Human Rights Code and Occupational Health & Safety Act
