Job Description:

The Off Property Contact (OPC) Manager is responsible for driving & increasing tour flow by managing all external marketing activities at the designated location(s). The Manager provides direct management of Lead OPC Agents, OPC Agents and marketing support team members. The Manager develops, establishes and maintains marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. The Manager provides effective management of the marketing, advertising and promotional activities within the designated (s) as directed by the Director of Marketing and company initiatives. The Manager also augments OPC department tour flow with personal production and provides full management coverage of all OPC shifts as scheduled. RESPONSIBILITIES:Recruit, train, evaluate, coach, monitor, mentor and motivate OPC NA achieve OPC department's monthly/annual tours and sales goals as outlined by senior NA department initiatives to increase productivity while maintaining a positive work NA weekly staff meetings to ensure department goals are being NA and suggest plans to motivate team members to achieve monthly/annual production NA weekly one-on-one training with 35% of staff and hold monthly staff meetings with 100% of NA staff on scripted sales presentation and area NA staff on the efficient use of marketing software NA total site marketing penetration as set by Diamond Resorts International®.Hold team members to individual minimum weekly tour production standards as set forth in agent compensation NA communicate challenges and solutions to upper NA and communicate with Sales regarding any new initiatives or changes in marketing programs (booking/gifting policies).Ensure entire OPC staff and locations represent high standards of quality: appropriate and approved work attire on at all times, practice good hygiene for individuals, and professional appearance & organizational cleanliness of NA OPC staff consistently has all tools and collateral to perform their job stocked at their respective NA minimum of time in office (15%), and majority of time (85%) training, monitoring and coaching team members one-on-one and in OPC NA weekly schedule and distribute to staff by Friday of each week for the following NA and compile daily, weekly and monthly reports as directed by the Director of NA team member payroll in a timely NA all staff and management NA a high level of professionalism at all NA closely with local and regional Recruiting and Human Resources NA superior customer service in accordance with the Company DRIven to Excellence NA practice and maintain the highest standards of professionalism when interacting with fellow team members, management, owners, members and NA office machinery (i.e., computer, copy machine, fax machine).Perform other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS:Experience in growing a profitable marketing team through recruitment, training and development of NA successful experience in selling bounce-back NA proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and NA in use of marketing software systems; able to train team members on its use and run reports for management NA School diploma, GED or NA as required by state laws & NA (5) years of recent timeshare marketing management experience, with a proven, successful track record NA marketing management experience with a global-branded company NA's degree preferred. SKILLS:Ability to negotiate and acquire new NA to effectively coach, counsel and motivate a NA in reading and understanding annual budgets & statistical NA of the local area's attractions and NA to make decisions quickly and NA to strategically plan and executive short & long range plans relative to OPC/media tour and retail business NA customer service NA interpersonal and communication NA management; the ability to organize and manage multiple NA analysis and problem solving NA and NA oriented.
