Job Description:

The In House Marketing Manager is responsible for all internal marketing activities at the designated location(s).The Manager provides direct management of the Concierge as well as other Marketing team members. The Manager develops, establishes and maintains marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. The Manager effectively manages the marketing, advertising and promotional activities within the designated location(s), as directed by the Director of Marketing and company initiatives. RESPONSIBILITIES:Interview, hire and train team NA, assign and direct NA performance NA, reward and provide disciplinary actions according to Diamond Resorts International® policies and NA supervision of his/her direct NA department initiatives to increase NA weekly staff meetings to ensure departmental goals are being NA and motivate staff on scripted presentations and area NA quality control on all in-house marketing programs/NA guidance to Supervisor on weekly goal setting within the NA total site marketing penetration as set by Diamond Resorts International®.Run daily reports to include, but not limited to, Daily Arrival Report, Daily In-House Report and Five Year Owner Arrival NA reports as directed by the Director of NA weekly & monthly review of targeted threshold including monthly evaluation of each NA and update all standard operating procedures for the In House Marketing NA with Sales regarding new marketing programs or changes thereof (booking/gifting policies).Oversee work schedules to control NA team member payroll in a timely NA superior customer service in accordance with the Company DRIven to Excellence NA practice the Meaning of Yes® and maintain the highest standards of professionalism when interacting with fellow team members, management, owners, members and NA office machinery (i.e., computer, copy machine, fax machine).Perform other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS:Two (2) years work experience in the timeshare NA (5) years management/supervisory NA proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and NA is the use of marketing software systems & NA to lead and mentor a NA's degree/coursework in Business Administration, Marketing or related field. SKILLSAbility to run and analyze reports for management NA in reading & understanding annual budgets and Atlas statistical NA to negotiate NA to carry out responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies and applicable NA in producing written narratives updating management on any aspect of job-related issues and/or NA customer service NA interpersonal and communication NA management; the ability to organize and manage multiple NA analysis and problem solving NA and NA oriented.
