Job Description:

Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, this position is accountable for ensuring the Customer Service Commitment guarantee is met by managing service process, focusing on safety, work order management and effective customer communication while ensuring compliance in Service Operational Excellence process. Specific Skills:Strong customer relationship managementEffective negotiation skillsActions and decision consistently in alignment with customersStrong organizational, prioritization and time management skillsAbility to adapt to change in the work environment to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events Knowledge:Proficient in MS office applications, Lawson and internal systemsUnderstanding of Customer Service Commitment, warranty program, service billing process and proceduresQuoting repair options and repair structure, Service Work In Progress (SWIP) management process and financial impacts and up sellingUnderstanding of work task safety requirements and risks Note:Salary will be commensurate based on qualifications, skills and backgroundThe salary range for this position is $75,225 - $88,500
