Reactive Communications and Compliance Coordinator

About the Role:
As a Reactive Communications and Compliance Coordinator you will sit within the Network Contingency Team here at STW. As a coordinator you will be responsible for ensuring that the non-household customer data that is shared between STW and the market retailers is maintained, updated and compliant with the new market codes, and ensure that the data in both systems is synchronised. Furthermore, you will ensure that incident communications are carried out with retailers according to our incident management standards. Since the role is part of a wider team, there will be a need for the coordinators to be upskilled on continuous and alternative supplies, as well as non-household contingency plans. Also required as part of this role is liaison with the wider business to ensure that any retailer escalation is fed back to the retailer's Account Manager in the Wholesale Market Unit.
About You:
The successful candidate will have good communication skills, with both internal and external stakeholders as well as good team skills and a track record of delivering a great service. Experience of working to targets is essential, as is experience in organising and prioritising your own workload, and strong IT skills. As well as excellent verbal and written communication skills, it is expected that you will have a positive and empathetic attitude, alongside problem solving skills and keen attention to detail in order to be able to spot inaccuracies. With the ability to work well under pressure, and good decision making skills, you will also have the ability to build rapport and establish good relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
