A top 5 main contractor in the UK are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Ceilings and Partitions business. This is a permanent role which involves working on projects with the Commercial Lead up to £5m in value (for the ceilings / partitions packages).
This will include working on a range of schemes across all sectors including but not limited to Commercial Offices, High end Residential, Education, Retail and Leisure.
They are currently working on some very prestigious projects across London and due to a strong pipeline of work are looking to expand their team with a permanent Senior QS.
They are looking for someone with good working knowledge of contract / commercial law and ideally experience of Design & Build form of contract (although traditional build experience will be considered).
