Manages all aspects of small Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC)/Service projects, including risk to cost, schedule, quality. Responsible for the day-to-day successful execution of contracted engineering, procurement, and construction scope in the areas of performance, financial metrics, planning, schedule, quality, contractual compliance, safety, and client satisfaction. Provides for the successful staffing of the project. Manages and leads small teams of multi-discipline professionals. Coordinates and integrates the activities associated with the engineering, procurement, construction, and startup elements of the project team, including the activities of all third party companies contributing to the initiative.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
•Foster the relationship with the team (Market & TPO) and client, to maintain and to be awarded additional business, and to complete the work in a safe and profitable manner.
•Oversight of ALL construction/execution activities.
•Oversees project schedule to ensure deadlines are met in regards to PACE activities CI025 - CL100.
•Manages quality and schedule performance.
•Resolves schedule issues or conflicts with client and takes necessary action plan to meet project budget and schedule requirements.
•Monitors and manages all aspects of costs related PACE activities CI025 - CL100 including budgeting, cash flow, invoicing and payments, and related PGM.
•Actively participates in the planning, selecting, assigning and supervising of key staff, project personnel and subcontractor base.
•Supervises assigned staff, including: establishing and communicating performance expectations, provides positive and constructive feedback, conducts performance reviews and determines training and development needs.
•Supports change management associated with implementation of improvements; encourages, supports and facilitates staff to engage in continual improvement activities.
•Maintain a high degree of customer service and integrity when dealing with client.
•Provide data and details for client review as well as various other reports
•Maintain communication and open dialog with client PM's in an effort to clear issue with difficult sites and establish work process.
•Accountable for monthly & annual forecast, completion, and financial reconciliation,
•Establish and maintain the objectives provided by the Project Director and report challenges accurately and concisely with options for corrective measures.
•Achieve 10% self-perform work model across the markets initiatives or work awarded.
•Manage the morale, motivation, training and development of assigned project team members
•Ensure SA/CX related activities (site walks, DRM, scoping and utility coordination), and work collaboratively as "One BV" (SS022 - CL100)

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor of science degree.

Preferred Job Qualifications
Typically 5 years experience.
