Our client is a renowned 5* house builder , with a reputation for prioritising customer experience, and a ever expanding range of West of Scotland based sites. They have a programme of sites kicking off over the next few months, and as a result they are now searching for a Contracts manager on a permanent basis.
Your new role
Working to manage a range of sites, you will be responsible for the leadership and direction of the site managers under your command. You will train and develop them, ensure that they adhere to high levels of standards around health and safety and customer care, and will work with all areas of the business to plan and program sites.
Alongside your fellow contracts managers and the director, you will work to ensure that commercial levels are hit, that KPIS are managed, but that at all times quality and delivery are the priorities.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will currently be working at a similar level in a house building environment, but our client will also consider talented individuals at a site management level who are ready for a step up to a more senior level. With a demonstrable background in delivering against KPIS and with a volume of experience dealing with the NHBC, you will be a personable leader, with the ability to drive sites forward whilst up skilling your staff and mentoring the next generation of trainee site managers from the trades base.
