The client are one of the UK's top 10 house builders specialising in the development of volume build housing. They have multiple offices throughout the country with a regional office based in Oxfordshire that focus solely on developments throughout Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds.|
They currently have an ongoing development near Bicester consisting of 220 traditional build units. They are currently recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager to help deliver this site. Candidates must have at least 5 years experience delivering volume build projects as an Assistant Site Manager and must be based in the Oxfordshire or Gloucestershire area. Due to the level of experience required the client have stated they would be looking to pay between £30k - £40k + package.
Working alongside the Site Manager you will be responsible for managing all trades through from the 2nd fix stage of production to handover dealing with all Customer care issues also. If you are looking to progress your career to a Site Manager then this could be the opportunity you've been looking for as all competant assistants are generally given their own site to manage within eighteen months.
You will preferably come from a trade background with experience of the above gained from within a Residential developer or regional contractor.
