General Position Summary
Our Client is looking for a degree qualified Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 5 years experience ideally in residential fit out / refurbishment - although other build sectors will be considered.
The successful candidate will be acting as number 2 to the Commercial Director, ensuring all variations, sub contract orders / payments and valuations are executed in a timely and professional manner. Capable of working independently they will be responsible for 2 - 3 contracts ranging from £1-3m.
