We are currently recruiting for a Facilities Management Team Leader on behalf of a local authority affiliated organisation based in Derby.
The facilities management team leader will ensure that all allocated people and building resources are effectively managed.

Role Description
•Direct, manage and motivate the mobile caretakers within the facilities management team.
•Carry out risk assessments in order to comply with health and safety standards.
•Regularly report and overlook building management systems and processes.
•Monitor and implement new systems and ideas to develop building management processes.
•Form relationships with customers and colleagues to ensure that customer expectations are met.
•Carry out insurance and accident investigations across a variation of buildings.
•Attend meetings and write reports to guarantee that an effective operational building management's process is implemented.
•Comply with the companies standing orders, financial regulations and departmental instructions.

Skills & Education
•Experience of leading/managing a team.
•Knowledgeable in building/facilities management.
•Good interpersonal and communication skills.
•Ability to prepare and understand technical reports.
•Full UK driving license.
•Ability to use Microsoft Office packages
