Project Services Administrator- Social Housing (Temporary 3 Months)

One of our social housing clients based in West London are looking for a Project Services Administrator to join their team on a temporary 3 month basis with possibility of extension.

We are looking for Project Services Administrator to support IT projects. The main responsibilities include: raising orders, preparing invoices, arranging appointments, taking minutes and overseeing project resource.

It is highly desirable for potential candidates to have previous solid administration experience and are able to line manager diaries.

The Project Services Administrator will be reporting to Executive Director of IT and will need to be able to mange their workload without supervision.

Essential IT skills: working knowledge of Outlook and Excel.

Please note that this is a temporary 3 month role with interviews taking please week beginning 17th of October 2016. We would be looking for the chosen candidate to start on Monday 24th of October 2016. This role is working 35 hours per week Monday-Friday paying up to £14 GBP per hour.
