One of top global property and construction consultancies are looking to add a Senior Quantity Surveyor to their already strong Glasgow team. They have a track record of delivering some of the most high profile projects across the globe and within the UK. Your new role
You will be an integral part of one of the strongest QS teams in Scotland and will be working closely with the Directors on delivering some of the biggest projects in Scotland just now. You will be there to help mentor junior members of the team and will be directly involved in all stages of the construction process from initial conception through to completion.
What you'll need to succeed
You should have obtained your MRICS qualification, or soon to be achieved, and will have strong experience in both pre and post contract experience. The business has recently secured some high profile projects in the public sector but they also operate in the commercial and private sectors so you will ideally have experience of working across a variety of projects. Previous PQS experience is essential and you will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills as you will be dealing with clients on a regular basis.
