However you will have as a minimum:
A Main Contracting background.
Demonstrable experience as a Number Two on site working under a Project Manager (or alternatively a compelling case as an "up and coming" Junior Site Manager/Finishing Foreman, who is ready for the next step).
Practical knowledge and an understanding of Construction methods.
An ability and desire to take the initiative and drive projects forward.
A degree in Construction or equivalent.
A passion for Construction.
Experience on working on large Industrial sheds and warehouses.

To report to the Project Manager predominately working on fast-track design and build type projects, which comprise industrial shed/warehouses with standalone office and associated external service yards and car parking areas including extensive attenuation type drainage (so some civils knowledge is required).
Driving production on site, co-ordinating trades and sub-contractors, taking responsibility for both safety and quality.
Ensuring that the end product is delivered on time, to the correct standard with an appropriate commercial awareness to meet target margins.
Projects range from £12 million up to £25 million.
