A Regional Contractor based in Manchester is seeking to recruit a for a project manager; the company is a successful, progressive organisation who operate in the public and private sector building schools, colleges, office blocks and mixed use developments.
You must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a project management position with a main contractor. Leading multiple projects for clients across a number of sectors, including Education, Healthcare, Retail, Commercial and Leisure. You must be focused on delivering a high level of service to your clients, you will work tirelessly to deliver all elements of the project, including budget and cost management, programme management and risk management. A relevant HNC/HND or 2:1 higher degree, or equivalent qualification or the ability to demonstrate significant experience in a relevant role.
