My client in Huntingdon is looking to recruit a Service Desk Analyst / IT Support Analyst to provide support to a wide range of users. This role will form part of the technical service desk, and be responsible for supporting 1st and 2nd line issues.
Working within a team of Analysts, you will be responsible for providing a first class service to people calling/emailing in IT issues. These issues could range from simple password resets through to major incidents, so the ability to quickly diagnose issues and escalate to the correct people is a must, as is an excellent telephone manner.
Previous IT experience
Strong knowledge of Windows 7, Active Directory and desktop support
Basic understanding of Windows, Exchange and networking needed
Citrix and SCCM experience useful, but not essential
Excellent communication skills
Passionate about providing excellent levels of service
