Technical Support Analyst - Shifts |
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Technical Support Analyst to join a growing technical service desk in Peterborough. This role will see the successful applicant working in a fast-paced environment, where providing a great customer experience is essential. My client provides 24/7 support to their customers, and this role will form part of the shift rota, ensuring that their prestigious customers are always provided with the same levels of excellent service.
Candidates with strong customer service skills, and a good technical knowledge will find themselves working in a great environment, where new ideas are welcomed. Training is available to candidates who want it, and there is always support from the management team and Senior Analysts to help people improve and develop their skills further.
Provide 1st and 2nd Line support to customers
Log, resolve or escalate technical issues correctly
Provide out of hours support on a rota basis
Diagnose a wide range of technical faults
Be involved in the change, incident and problem management processes
Excellent customer service skills
Good technical knowledge (Windows Desktops, hardware, Active Directory)
Basic server skills advantageous
Ability to quickly and efficiently diagnose faults
Due to the shift rota, applicants must be willing, and able to work evenings, weekends and nights, as well as during normal business hours.
