An exciting opportunity has arose for a Senior Appointment of Creative Director to join an established independent studio based in the heart of the Midlands. Established by some of the most experienced and talented developers in the UK Gaming Industry this is an amazing opportunity to part of the Senior management team within an Award Winning AAA Game Studio.
This leading AAA Gaming Studio based in the Midlands are looking for a Creative Director to lead their world class design team on an entirely new AAA Project. This is an exciting opportunity for a Creative Director to define and be responsible for fulfilling and moulding the new AAA projects vision.
Role - Creative Director
Skills - AAA Games experience, published at least 1 title within a Design Leadership role, multiple published console titles, management skills, passion for everything gaming!
Salary - £D.O.E
Location - Birmingham, Warwick, Warwickshire, Leamington Spa, Coventry, Solihull, Kings Heath, Knowle, Redditch, Halesowen, Sutton Coldfield, Nuneaton, Coleshill, Wolverhampton, Walsall

As Creative Director it will be your responsibility to mentor and manage your team, as well as being a key member of the project leadership group reporting directly to the studio CD.
You will have experience working within a Game Design role on multiple high-profile console titles. As the project Creative Director you will also have a demonstrable management track record within the Games industry with a proven ability to support, develop and inspire your team.
You will be extremely highly motivated and passionate about all things gaming, approachable and flexible and have excellent communication skills developed from your experience of leading teams.
