Selling tyres on-line across the UK and Europe is big business and it is going to be even bigger when we recruit you into this business. As this household name has a relatively new eCommerce function, this is unrivalled opportunity to join a spectacular company and help them define and improve the processes surrounding their approach to eCommerce, as they continue to develop their eCommerce platform.

They really need a professional who understands e-commerce and on-line aggregated
business portals, sales cycles and the algorithms that would take this business truly digital for its £2m plus T/O

As the E-Commerce Manager / Digital Marketing Manager you will have the opportunity to mentor, lead and up-skill a relatively new team. You will also be applying your broad marketing experience to develop and manage campaigns that will drive customer acquisition and retention.

E-Commerce Manager / Digital Marketing Manager responsibilities:
*Driving campaigns
*Develop online marketing campaigns to help increase web transactions
*Working closely with the Merchandising team to understand category and product performance and ensuring that is accurately reflected digitally to drive the greatest customer engagement and sales mix
*Ensuring market by market trade stance and key category focus is executed digitally in line with brand focus and store approach working with the Merchandising and Content teams
*Reporting and analysis of onsite customer behavior using Google Analytics, other analytics tools and onsite customer survey metrics. Using these insights, as well as feedback from the business, to develop the digital road-map

E-Commerce Manager / Digital Marketing Manager Attributes:
*Ability to build strong working relationships across business areas
*Experience of managing and developing team members, external agencies and suppliers
*Resourceful and pro-active, with a creative and strategic approach to problem solving and the ability to work autonomously when required

*Good working knowledge of Google Analytics
*Enterprise scale ecommerce platform knowledge helpful, but not essential
*Numerate, technical or business orientated degree of grade 2.1 or above

Take ownership and management of all online activity

Making best use of Data Capture to engage further with existing and lapsed customers

Based a 14 minute train journey from Leeds and Bradford City Centres working with a team of three enthusiastic clever people.

Manage two websites (one just due to launch) and a busy eBay shop, which the latter turns over a million per annum

Improve communication with customers and other internal departments.

Develop and implement a marketing plan to engage with customers, through email marketing, text marketing, social media incentive offers etc

Deliver fresh content to websites and look at ways to improve conversion and customer retention

Work with external software and web suppliers to implement the automation of all websites and eBay. Looking at solutions or added functionality to improve the customer experience moving forwards
