Our client are a leading organisation in the provision of innovative data driven business solutions. For over 2 decades they have specialised in building complex data management and software products for well-known companies both nationally and globally.

The Role:

Due to upcoming projects and an expanding client base they currently have a number of opportunities for Software Developers to join the C# / .NET development team.

This role will require your sound analytical and IT development skills to both enhance and deploy our solutions. The position also provides an opportunity to work in a fast-growing company that encourages personal development and knowledge sharing, allowing opportunities for developers to show others their recent findings of the in-depth system and any new blue sky thinking.

On a day to day basis you will be working on a number of products using many different technologies including

•C#, .NET, MVC5 & Web Forms
•Entity Framework
•SQL Server, SQL CLR
•JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap
•WCF, Web Services, Windows Services

Your main responsibilities will include:

•Development of new solutions to support or integrate with a well-established successful product
•Maintenance of existing product suite

The successful applicant will have:

•A strong educational background in programming, preferably in .NET
•Knowledge of relational databases and SQL
•An aptitude for both efficient and accurate working
•Accomplished communication skills and an ability to converse with both technical and non-technical colleagues
•A willingness to work independently when required following internal training and coaching
•A flexible approach to suit business requirements
•Ability to learn and adapt to new processes and skills aligned with our product portfolio
•Willingness to work with experienced developers as part of our in-house training processes
