An IT Service Desk Analyst / 1st Line Support is required for 1 month (likely to be extended or go perm) based in Bradford.|
Working for the public sector, the IT Service Desk Analyst will provide 1st line IT technical support and request fulfilment to the eMBED account and all CCGs, GP Practices and organisations and communicate with customer, by phone, email and any other relevant medium. There will be customer care, by taking calls, logging tickets and making sure the calls are taken in a timely manner.
Previous IT/1st line support experience is essential, along with a good telephone manner.
This role is to cover the interim whilst our client hires permanent staff - so there is a good chance this role could go perm for the right candidate.
This role is to start asap and will pay £8 PAYE (excluding holiday and pension) or £10 Ltd/Umbrella. Perm salaries to be negotiated
