My client, a specialist UK based Engineering and Environmental Consultancy, is searching for a Senior Hydraulic Modeller to join their supportive Team of specialists Consultants based in Exeter.|
As a Senior Hydraulic Modeller you will have the opportunity to work with a team of Hydrologists, Hydraulic Modellers and Flood Risk Engineers who specialise in Flood Risk, Drainage and Hydraulic Modelling Projects for Residential, Commercial and Industrial Development Projects for Local Authorities, Water Companies and Private Sector Clients.
You will be supported to complete varied Projects from feasibility to completion and technical work including;
-Flood Risk Assessments.
-Surface Water and Catchment Management Plans.
-Flood Estimation using FEH, Winfap and ReFH.
-Hydraulic Modelling, Model Build and Verification using Flood Modeller Pro and Tuflow.

Applicants are required to have a MSc and/or BSc in Hydrology, River Basin Dynamics or Civil Engineering and ideally 5 years+ experience working within a UK based Consultancy or Local Authority completing Hydraulic Modelling, Model Build and Verification using Flood Modeller Pro and/or Tuflow, Flood Risk Assessments and Surface Water Management Plans.
It is also beneficial for applicants to have experience completing Flood Estimation using FEH and Winfap.
