An exciting opportunity is available to lead the WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff Transportation Facilities Group in our Philadelphia, Pennsylvania office. The Transportation Facilities Group is searching for a Senior Architectural Manager to lead and manage various architectural and engineering design projects that are centered on the transportation industry.
These opportunities include buildings, bus and rail maintenance facilities, stations, parking garages, airports, tunnels, schools, etc.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
strategic business development
client interaction and presentations
project and staff management
budgeting and assembling design teams
high level review of architectural designs and code compliance
overseeing the development and scheduling of construction documents, including specifications for renovations and new construction of transportation type facilties
Project Types include:
Design and rehabilitation of bus and rail facilities including stations, maintenance buildings, parking structures, adminstration Buildings, schools, office buildlings, etc.
ADA design and compliance
This position offers the ability to work on projects within the Philadelphia Metro region, exposure to internal and external clients and staff, as well as the ability to grow within a large organization.
