ERP application development team is responsible for all the ERP systems development and support. The main ERP systems are Oracle EBS and PeopleSoft HCM. We are looking for a senior systems analyst to support the Oracle EBS Finance and Supply Chain ERP application. Candidate should be committed to exemplary customer service and understands the vital importance of personal accountability in a team environment. Must be able to render good business decisions, is well-organized, able to work with minimal supervision, detail oriented, able to address multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
oA Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or in related field is required. Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of IT experience with the Oracle EBS. Must have excellent writing, interpersonal and troubleshooting skills and adhere to all safety, health and environmental Company policies.
oExperienced in all the phases of the project including development, requirement analysis, design, implementation and support.
oAnalyze, design, configure, code and implement system changes to the Oracle EBS application. The work includes changes to either the online or batch processing of the application.
oCandidate should have more than just "Production Support". We are looking for a hands-on experienced developer who has coded interfaces (from scratch), online customizations, workflow, etc., within the Oracle EBS application.
oAbility to develop well-written system documentation (both technical and functional specs) as well as interpret and begin design based on functional specs written by others.
oExperience with all of the Oracle tools is required - items include but not limited to: SQL & PL/SQL, XML Publisher and Oracle Application Framework (OAF).
oKnowledge in most of the following functional areas: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Cash Management, Purchasing, Inventory and Project Accounting.
oCandidate must have excellent organization and communications skills. Complete challenging assignments with changing priorities while still meeting deadlines.
oAbility to work independently as well as with a large team. Strong inter-personnel skills that requires significant interaction with peers and customers (internal and external users).
oTroubleshoot and resolve problems.
oUnderstanding and the use of UC4 Batch Scheduler.
oKnowledge of BizTalk.
oUnderstanding and the use of STAT Change Management Tool.
oCandidate must be able to follow the company safety, health and environmental programs.
oEnsures that safe work practices are followed and the environment is fully protected in accordance with Company policy and governmental regulations.
oCandidate should be available to be on call for any system maintenance and troubleshooting.
