Subcontractor and vendor management
Analysis on subcontractors performances
Surveys on subcontractors premises
Processes and tools mapping and integration
Working out tactics and plans for spare parts repairs
Customer relationship management
Identifies areas for continuous improvements
End-to-end in depth knowledge of the hardware services business and operations, including logistics, vendor management.
Extensive project management skills with a proven track-record of at least 5 years
Preferably experienced in an international, global telecommunications or high tech and / or logistic service provider environment.
Customer focused, business oriented, and a proactive approach to problem solving.
Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional, multicultural teams
Fluent in English and Italian, oral and written
Excellent knowledge of MS Office Package
Flexible attitude and able to operate in a multi cultural, dynamic and demanding organization.
Able to travel up to 70% within Italy
