A group company within NTT DATA currently seeks a "SAP Development Lead" to join our team in "Pittsburgh, PA".

Position Functions or Responsibilities: Project Overview:

You will lead a technical team consisting of onsite and offshore SAP Developers for the delivery of an SAP S4 Implementation for a Global Organization. Your technical expertise will be required in the areas of Leadership, Development, Work Load Planning, Scheduling, and areas throughout the SAP Domain.

In this position you will:

  • Lead an onsite/offshore team to develop all RICEFW objects and troubleshoot using own ABAP skills.
  • Have experience/training on S4HANA development technology (ex. Fiori, Persona, UI5 etc.).
  • Work with customer business SME's and Users at different stages of engagement.
  • Identify implementation risks from past implementations and suggest solutions
  • Be mapping technical business needs to architectures, standards, and reusable assets
  • Demonstrate experience with business requirements, technical analysis and design, coding, testing, and implementation of customizations within software environment.
  • Develop reports, workflows, and metrics within software environment
  • Categorize and prioritize analysis and mapping workload for planning and forecasting
  • Knowledge of integration points and the order in which these must be executed
  • Drive the integration plan for integrating SAP S4 HANA with legacy application in a client IT environment.
  • Work within all aspects of SAP system integration, data management, and have significant experience in leading such engagements.
  • Be working with design, implementation, and support of knowledge management solutions and related technologies for collaborative information sharing

Skill and Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in SAP Development/Integration
  • 3+ years as SAP Development/Technical Lead
  • Possess seasoned PI/PO skills in SAP environments
  • Have experience in data migration aspects
  • Experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap/ blueprint development
  • Experience with large Full Life Cycle (FLC) project implementations

Basic Qualifications: Required Skills:

  • 7+ years of experience in SAP Development/Integration
  • 3+ years as SAP Development/Technical Lead
