Position Summary: You will be an important member of the IT Team managing our servers and workstations while maintaining a high level of IT-security throughout the network. You will liaise with internal as well as external partners in Boise and internationally. Job Responsibilities: This is a challenging role for someone capable of handling many priorities at any point in time and who is happy with a mix of daily hands-on routines and challenging long term projects. You must be happy planning and documenting your work as we strive to work to high quality standards. · Implement and maintain core windows infrastructure and environment; · Server management (Windows Server 08 and 12), Physical and VM; · Administer and maintain Exchange 2010/2013 clustered environment; · Microsoft SQL Server 2008 knowledge Highly Desirable; · Act as Second/Third tier support for desktop support issues (Windows, Office, VPN); · Perform IT-Security throughout the offices and datacenter; · Perform Back-up and Restore procedures; · Perform Server Monitoring and System Management; · Respond to critical infrastructure alerts; · Rotational On-call 24x7 pager duties for emergencies; · Understand, document, and enforce MarkMonitor computing best practices and policies; · Support for geographically diverse offices; · Excellent customer service skills. The role will occasionally require work outside of normal business hours and travel can be required.
