The company offer award winning products to the Legal & Financial Services sectors. This role will require the Application Support Analyst/3rd Line Support Engineer to be confident technically and also have the ability to be client facing and to communicate with users and the business. The ideal Application Support Analyst/3rd Line Support Engineer will have broad and versatile technical exposure. In addition to this they will have the following requirements: · Have a strong knowledge of SQL - including analysis and creation of internal database functions as well as understanding database backup recovery techniques including disaster recovery, replication and log shipping · Experience with most of the following - Microsoft server and OS, networks and communications protocols, IIS, Active Directory, Citrix, Terminal Server, Virtualisation, MS SQL Server, Blackberry, Android, iPhone and Windows Mobile The role is to work for an exciting company who have a wide range of projects on the horizon and new exciting product ranges.
