Duties and Responsibilities:Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to faceRespond promptly to customer inquiriesHandle and resolve customer complaintsObtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaintsPerform customer verificationsProcess orders, forms, applications and requestsDirect requests and unresolved issues to the designated resourceManage customers' accountsKeep records of customer interactions and transactionsRecord details of inquiries, comments and complaintsRecord details of actions takenCommunicate and coordinate with internal departmentsFollow up on customer interactionsProvides the inputs for improving the customer satisfactions and reducing the customer complaints by submitting the data entry and gathering the experienceAny special task or project assigned by the management Qualification & Skills: Excellent time management skillsAttention to detailFast learner and desire to leanStrong analytical skills Training: We provide extensive training to our new hires.
