Job Description:

The Job Window has an exciting opening for a Marketing Project and Events Manager on behalf of our client, a progressive marketing and events firm in Kitchener. Marketing Project and Events Manager Objective:Work closely with product marketing, sales and business development to produce impactful presentations, proposals, and materials that help secure new customers for clients. Responsible for the logistics and execution of successful retail & tradeshow events. Duties and Responsibilities:Attend tradeshows & promotional events at designated retail locations throughout the Kitchener area and provide customer facing NA customer retention and acquisition strategies through surveys by proactively interacting with consumers during in-store retail campaigns and tradeshows, successfully increasing satisfaction and engagement of our client's NA and promote client products and brands through positive interactions with consumers on a regular basis at each retail event/NA smart, impactful product presentations for use by Sales and Business Development team members to create a positive and lasting brand NA marketing inventory; i.e. Literature, promotional items, tradeshow attire, product specific collateral, tradeshow booths, signage, tradeshow demo NA all aspects of logistics for tradeshows and marketing events from initial concept through NA on lead generation and ROI for in-store tradeshow NA with necessary teams to prep products and ensure they are demonstration ready for NA all tradeshow and event invoices and payments, acting as liaison with the Finance team to ensure proper documentation and payment. Attend to other initiatives and goals as NA, Skills and Qualifications:BA or BS or equivalent experience.2+ years of experience or background in event planning, general marketing, marketing project management, sales, communications, or related fields an NA in interfacing with consumers in a professional environment and effectively motivating sales of client NA organizational skills and the ability to perform well under NA project management skills, ability to adapt to evolving needs of the organization and manage competing projects NA working in a goal oriented, delivery focused, and dynamic NA to new ideas, and candid in sharing NA exhibit a friendly, professional appearance and demeanor, and be a team NA oral and written communication and the ability to make sound NA, strong written and verbal communication skills a NA with MS World, Excel, Outlook and other common office NA is a full-time, permanent position and our client offers a competitive, hourly base plus performance bonuses.
