Job Overview Imagine working in a fast-paced inbound/outbound customer satisfaction centre where you play a key role in helping your clients achieve the best sales performances for their boutiques and help Lisette L Montréal continue building it's success story. You will enjoy great satisfaction from building a solid relationship with our boutique owners by providing them with timely information to ensure that they always know about the latest additions to our collections. Every day, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional client experience by going above and beyond to strengthen and build client loyalty, by helping your clients achieve what is important to them. As a customer loyalty agent, you will be empowered to offer prompt, accurate and detailed information, through in depth knowledge of the wide variety of the essential all year collection and spectacular seasonal collections. Customer service loyalty agents will be accountable for resolving customer issues at the first point of contact. Motivated by targets and results, you will respond to a wide range of product and services requests and inquiries from Canadian and international clients. On each call you will provide value-added servicing and sales opportunities to maintain and grow Lisette L Montréal's existing and ever expanding customer base. What You'll Be DoingRespond to inbound client calls and provide information to existing and potential clients via telephone regarding Lisette L Montréal's wide range of products and services, with a focus on meeting and exceeding client expectations, building loyalty, ensuring utmost satisfaction and growing our mutual businessMeet customer service, sales and productivity targets by understanding client needs, resolving issues effectively, overcoming objections and actively identifying opportunities to promote and sell current and all year collectionsContact designated clients to provide valuable information on the latest additions and promotions, to ensure that their boutiques are always stocked with the most popular items in our collectionsIndependently resolve issues regarding orders, shipments and timeliness of replenishment orders, with existing customersProvide professional verbal information via telephone and written communication through email correspondence Qualifications What We Are Looking ForSuccessful candidates must exhibit Lisette L's values of trust, team work and accountabilityCandidates must have a minimum of 3 years of customer service experience with the ability to assess client needs, address difficult situations and foster strong client relationshipsMust have an aptitude for sales with the ability to present needs-based solutions and overcome objections of various kindsMust have superior verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills in both English and French with a professional telephone manner and the ability to create clear, concise and professional correspondence, Spanish is a plusMust have demonstrated adaptability, flexibility and ability to multi-task in an ever-changing environmentMust have computer literacy and strong keyboarding skills in a Window-based environmentMust have a commitment to punctuality and adherence to work schedulesMust have prior professional experience working in the apparel industryShould have contact centre experienceShould have Excel intermediate skills and Visual 2000 ERP or similar software experience What You Need To KnowMust be legally eligible to work in CanadaThis job requires you to communicate via telephone and email throughout the dayAttention to detail required while conversing with customers over the telephone to provide accurate informationThis is a regular full-time role with a schedule of 35 hours per weekThis position requires immediate availability
