Call Center Representative Lisette L Montréal is a leader in the women's apparel and fashion industry. We are currently looking for a friendly, hardworking and motivated outbound customer service representative that thrives in a challenging fashion industry environment. The ideal candidate must be comfortable making courtesy calls with qualifying existing customers in order to propose replenishment orders. Under supervision of VP Sales, the candidate will have the following responsibilities: • Call designated customers• Analyze customer product purchasing history• Meet required daily, weekly and monthly objectives• Attend product knowledge sessions• Ensure follow up with calls to action• Enter orders in Visual 2000ERP software system Requirements:• Fashion industry a must• Strong phone presence and experience in telephone communication• Self motivated , high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm• Great communication skills• Excellent listening skills• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.• French, Spanish, other a plus.
