As member of the Vendor and Contract Management team, oversees the process of systematically and efficiently managing vendor engagements, contract creation, execution, analysis and overall governance for the purpose of maximizing financial and operational performance and minimizing risk. Contracts and Vendor Management Establishes the Contracts and Vendor Management processes for Vendor engagements across Company with a primary accountability for IT. Ensures contracts align with governance, legal and regulatory NA, extends, terminates, and renegotiates contracts for the acquisition of equipment, materials, products, or NA analyses of existing vendor networks to assess their capability of meeting business objectives; Recommends new vendors in terms of NA and implements processes and tools for different types of contracts, risk assessments, disputes, and issue resolutions, NA claims or complaints occurring under the performance of contracts. Supervises management and administration for a wide variety of NA on the practices and considerations for upgrading existing contracts and solving complex contract management NA / acquires tools for contracts management. Trains those needing NA standard processes to maximize contracts efficiency and effectiveness. Evaluates operational issues and considerations in contract NA contract issues and manages risk regarding legal issues. Communication/Relationship Management Support the IT Leadership team and non IT Business Leads as needed. Meets with the business as required to ensure requirements are being met. May handle communication for both external and internal audiences at all levels across the company. Relationship ManagementAccountable for vendor governance including vendor monitoring, issue resolution, and scheduled governance meetings with key stakeholders. Performance Management & Development Coaches/mentors those involved in contract and vendor management to ensure legal, financial and IT requirements are met to mitigate NA contracted services are delivered on time, quality and budget. Ensures contracts meet policy NA contract currency, completeness and NA performance goals and stretch targets which are measured annually. Compliance Contributes to development of/complies with policies & procedures related to contracts and vendor NA with other internal staff experts to maximize the standardization and efficiency of new policies & NA sound financial planning that is aligned with the corporate plan.
