Job Description In this position, you will be responsible for the full life cycle of permanent placement of in-home staff. You are able to use your influence to promote the right candidate. You will maintain client relationships and network to develop further business. You will become expert at matching the right candidate with the right family. You know how to close. You will prepare and execute successful client development strategy utilizing existing client database, community resources and corporate networking. You will maintain an accurate database of clients and candidates. Ultimately your goal is to meet and exceed revenue and activity expectations. You will provide superb customer service. This position is ideal for the energetic, enthusiastic, hardworking, career-driven individual who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and working within a team. You must be ethical and committed to superior customer service, have ability and desire to learn, be able to work within a team as well as independently, be able to handle a boat load of priorities, and have an excellent attention-to-detail.
