Job purpose
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and motivated Trainer to join our ever-growing organisation as part of Skills Support for the Workforce.

This will be a remote based role around the Leicester and Leicestershire area, liaising with Employers to conduct Training Needs Analysis. All findings and recommendations will then be presented to the Employer.

The Trainer will need to conduct, feedback, teach, assess and support learners to achieve their chosen qualifications on time and at a high level of quality, including liaising with the learner's Employer on a regular basis.

Knowledge skills & experience
We are looking for caring people who are passionate about supporting learners through their development journey, our essential requirements are:
  • Teaching Qualification (PTTLS or equivalent)
  • Knowledge and Understanding of the Leicestershire geographical area
  • Functional Skills Level 1 (Mathematics, English & ICT) or equivalent
  • Relevant Industry Occupational Qualification ( First Aid at Work, Level 4 Health and Safety or equivalent)
  • Teaching Qualification ( DTTLS, CTTLS, Certificate of Education or equivalent)
  • Key Skills / Functional Skills Level 2 ICT, Mathematics & English
  • Ability to demonstrate sector experience and competence having worked in relevant environment
