Purpose of Role
Co-ordinate the installation projects and minor works. Plan and schedule survey inspections and works appointments with tenants and residents. Accurately maintain databases and provide reporting data on performance, spend and revenue for these areas.

Principal Accountabilities
Manage work flow process on client systems and internal Carillion systems to ensure job are raised and completed and purchase orders correctly raised for each job. Produce monthly data on charges versus costs in regards to install projects and minor works. Produce and issue quotes and orders to clients as required in relation to works. Receive and process job packs in line with operational delivery ensuring all paperwork is collated and processed to the required areas and all jobs are job packed and sent to the client for confirmation and approval to invoice. Ensure all chargeable jobs are charged for and invoiced accordingly.
