Traditional Professional Quantity Surveying Consultancy currently looking to recruit a Graduate / Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in the Heart of Manchester.|
My client are a well-known Traditional PQS firm based in Manchester with an enviable track record in working with top clients to provide Cost Consultancy services for some of the UK's top Projects. They work for both Private and Public sector clients with a particular specialty of working on Commercial, Healthcare, Education and Leisure projects. Their awards list is arguably one of their most impressive features. Since their inception they have won a number of Awards including RIBA and Civic Trust awards for their work with major architects and clients. This shows their exceptional eye to detail and success creating some of the North West's most eye-catching builds.
As a small practise they have an exceptional team-like ethic. They work together to assist each other in every part of the work that they do, ensuring that knowledge throughout the organisation is shared and gained by all. They have some of the North West's most reputable Quantity Surveyor's working in their leadership team, ready to train up the next generation of Professional Quantity Surveyors and most importantly, ready to assist new up-and-coming Quantity Surveyors in passing their APC. Aspirations to become MRICS is a necessity, the organisation take pride in their qualifications which allows them to ensure that their client's mind is always at rest whilst trusting them on their projects.
They require a Graduate or Assistant Quantity Surveyor, with a recent Degree in Quantity Surveying with an RICS Accreditation. Experience working for a Consultancy is preferred but any level of experience for a Consultancy, Contractor or Local Authority will be considered.
The salary will be around £18k - £24k depending on experience.
