My client is a main contractor that specialises in the residential sector in the construction industry. They have an annual turnover of over £250m and employee over 500 people. This role is Project based in South London. The work conducted out of this office is entirely new build residential projects varying from £2-£20m pounds in value.
Initially you will be assisting on one of four possible New Build residential projects that my client have won over the last few months. My Client are offering a highly competitive salary, bonus scheme, holiday, car allowance, travel to site, great career prospects and excellent training opportunities including help with the APC.
The successful individual will be highly motivated and ambitious, with a strong work ethic, an incisive mind and will be able to demonstrate strong commercial acumen. They will be degree educated and will couple this with at least 1 years' experience in the construction industry. Previous experience working on residential projects is essential and ideally this will be with a main contractor although this is not essential.
