Salary: up to £60k+ generous package
My client is a main contractor that specialises in the residential sector in the construction industry. They have an annual turnover of over £250m and employee over 500 people. They are a cash rich upwardly mobile firm that are looking to grow their business substantially over the next 5 years. This role is Project based in South London working out of their head office. The work conducted out of this office will mainly focus in new build residential projects varying from £5-£70m pounds in value.
They are looking for an experienced Project surveyor who have run their own projects with a value of at least £7m. Alternatively they will also consider surveyors with a minimum 5 years' experience who have worked as a number 2 on project up to £20m and are looking to progress their career by running on of their own projects.
Initially you will be leading one of four possible New Build residential projects that my client have won over the last few months. My Client are offering a highly competitive salary, bonus scheme, 26 days holiday, car allowance, travel to site, great career prospects and excellent training opportunities including help with the APC. The projects are new build projects although previous residential experience is not essential.
The successful individual will be highly motivated and ambitious, with a strong work ethic, an incisive mind and will be able to demonstrate strong commercial acumen. They will be degree educated and will couple this with at least 5 years' experience in the construction industry. Previous experience working on residential projects is essential.
