An exciting opportunity has arose for a Senior Appointment of Lead Tools Engineer to join an established independent studio based in the heart of the Midlands. Established by some of the most experienced and talented developers in the UK Gaming Industry this is an amazing opportunity to part of the Senior management team within an Award Winning AAA Game Studio.
This leading AAA Gaming Studio based in the Midlands are looking for a Lead Tools Engineer to lead a team of Engineers developing the tools to empower the content teams to work quickly and effectively.
Role - Lead Tools Engineer
Skills - Leadership experience, proven track record of planning and delivery, strong C# and software architecture skills, passion for everything gaming!
Salary - £D.O.E
Location - Birmingham, Warwick, Warwickshire, Leamington Spa, Coventry, Solihull, Kings Heath, Knowle, Redditch, Halesowen, Sutton Coldfield, Nuneaton, Coleshill, Wolverhampton, Walsall

Strong C# and software architecture skills.
Experience of working with current gen consoles
Proven track record of planning and delivery.
You will have expert leadership skills and a strong customer focus to grow and develop a team of Engineers.
You will deliver the features and tools to meet the needs of the development team.
Leading a team of engineers you will be responsible for the delivery of their work to time and quality expectations.
You will direct you team and work with the other disciplines in the studio to ensure the delivery and maintenance of a powerful and efficient toolset for others.
Have a passion for software engineer as well as being able to motivate and develop your team to deliver high quality solutions.
