ECSC Quality Manager - Permanent - London

* Experience in delivering quality improvement initiatives in an international B2B environment
* Experience of telecommunications, IT, technology or data centre support
* In depth understanding of CSI and ITIL V3
* Experience of external accreditation

Our client is looking for a Quality Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well known and international company.

Responsibilities include:

* Leadership, motivation, management and development of the quality team to ensure all staff are adequately skilled and capable of performing their functions
* Identifying and delivering CSI activities to improve delivery against Service Level Agreements
* Acting as the Incident Manager, primary point of focus and driver of escalation and communications during periods of crisis
* Producing KPI data and management information
* Providing on-call support alongside other members of the management team
